Raised in Argentina, Ms. Paula began her professional career by graduating from the Gilardo Gilardi Music Conservatory with a specialization in transverse flute, piano performing, and piano teaching. She also graduated from the National University of Arts (Buenos Aires, Argentina), with a specialization in piano performance and harpsichord, and from the Colon Theater Art Institute as a Vocal Coach.
She has studied with recognized Argentinian professors such as Gabriela Martínez, Mercedes Pomilio, Elsa Carranza. She has also studied chamber music performance with Pierre Blanchard, José Bondar, Guillermo Opitz, Rafael Gíntoli, and Stanimir Todorov, Jordi Mora-Griso, among others. She has performed at the main Argentina’s concert halls, such as “Sala Sinfónica”, “Sala Argentina” and “Salón de Honor” at the Kirchner Cultural Center, “Salón Dorado” at the Colon Theater, “Sala de Cámara” at Theater Usina del Arte, “Sala Piazzola” at Argentino de la Plata Theater and “Sala de Cámara” at the Nation’s Senate. In Mexico, she performed at the university “Universidad de Aguascalientes” and at the concert hall in Monterrey’s music conservatory “Escuela Superior de música y danza”.
She has received several important awards as a chamber music performer, such as the First prize at the Chamber music contest organized by the UNA University; winner of JIMA scholarship (Mexico) and was selected as a finalist in the Chamber music contest Lumen Artist for voice and piano.
She participated at the FEMUSC festival in Brazil where she performed both as a soloist and as a chamber music performer under the wing of Alexander Dossin and Vivian Weilerstein. That same year she was selected to participate in the Oregon Piano Festival masterclasses organized by Professor Alexander Dossin.
Currently, she is pursuing a master’s degree in collaborative piano at North Park University in Chicago, working under Professor Dr. Terre Shofner Emrich supervising.
