Carol K. is a classical pianist who graduated from Illinois State University in 2021. She has been teaching piano for the last decade, as well as playing as an accompanist and pit orchestra pianist. She has also served as music director for musical theatre. She recently moved to Chicago after teaching at the San Marino Music Center in South Pasadena, California. 

 

Carol has a genuine enthusiasm for teaching and hopes to pass along that excitement for the piano to her students. She believes the key to instilling that passion in her students lies in the perfect balance between encouragement and correction.
